Resource Centre
Our Resource Centre is a facility which caters for the needs of students and teachers through the provision of an extensive range of print and digital resources.
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 3.30 pm each day.
The fully airconditioned Resource centre has a range of learning and teaching areas which students and staff can access each week. These include:
Networked computer lab consisting of 30 computers and interactive projector.
Large open space containing the Junior fiction, Fiction and Non fiction collections.
Green screen/media room.
Teaching and learning room.
Each class is allocated a borrowing session each week. For students wishing to change their books more regularly, the Resource centre is open every morning before school and each lunch break from Monday to Friday. Students wishing to borrow resources from our centre must have a library bag.
Students browsing the shelves will find a wealth of fiction and non fiction material in our thirty thousand plus reading collection. We have an extensive range of guided reading material and big books which teachers readily access for classroom use.
We invite you to visit our wonderful Resource Centre and look forward to assisting you with any enquiries.
